RYFFC provides a platform where individuals can freely share news content without concerns of legal repercussions, emphasizing a safe and welcoming environment. The platform aims to revolutionize the perception of news consumption by encouraging broad participation and interaction in a secure social setting. Within RYFFC, users are exposed to diverse thoughts, articles, and opinions without censorship. To ensure a respectful atmosphere, the platform incorporates anti-bullying measures and enables users to moderate their content exposure according to their preferences.

Ryff:

Ryff represents a key element of RYFFC, serving as a concise "hot take" on an article, restricted to 88 characters per design. It fosters dynamic discussions among users without the conventional comment framework. Users can engage with one another by responding to Ryffs through a feature called "Ryff Back."

Self Moderation:

RYFFC offers users control over the level of controversial or trigger-inducing material they encounter, with three moderation settings: G (General), M (Moderate), and BE (Bleeding Edge). Each level caters to different user preferences for content exposure.

Voting:

In tandem with self-moderation, users have the opportunity to vote on the placement of articles based on their moderation preferences.

Superboost:

Superboost provides an engaging way for users to amplify their approval of a post beyond a standard "Like," enhancing its visibility and impact within the community.

Like/Dislike:

RYFFC introduces a novel approach to expressing approval or disapproval by swiping left or right on articles instead of traditional thumb gestures.
